NON-DIRECT RECOGNITION WHOLE LIFE INSURANCE
In this Master Class, you'll be learning about how Justin Donald used non-direct recognition, whole life insurance policies as the anchor funding mechanism for purchasing passive income generating assets in what became an 8-figure, now multiple 8-figure investment portfolio, and why this strategy is foundational to funding a private family bank.
PLEASE NOTE:
All "whole life" insurance policies are not the same. A NON-DIRECT RECOGNITION whole life policy is custom made, specifically for you, by a highly specialized insurance agent. The primary purpose of this kind of specialized policy is to allow you to prefund it on day one with tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars, and utilize it as part of a "be your own bank" financial wealth building structure. In general, after prefunding it, one borrows against the policy to fund large purchases of assets (passive income) or businesses (revenue) that generate income for you, and pay for themselves within a short period of time.
If you have a standard off the shelf whole life policy, it is almost certainly by default a DIRECT recognition whole life insurance policy that you cannot prefund, not a NON-DIRECT recognition whole life insurance policy. If you're unsure of which one you have, you almost certainly DO NOT have a NON-DIRECT recognition policy.
